Orders & Shipments

Online Order

After formalizing an online order through the website www.craile.com, an “Order Confirmation” will be sent to the email provided by the user.

Then, once the order has been confirmed, prepared and ready for shipment, the user will receive an email of “Confirmation of Shipment” in which it will be detailed the estimated delivery date, the tracking of the shipment and the contact (pedidos@craile.com) so you can contact CRAILE at any time throughout the process.

Methods of payment

To place an order on the website www.craile.com it is necessary to have a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card.

Reserve or availability of items in the shopping basket.

The items selected in the shopping basket of the website www.craile.com will not be reserved or guaranteed as long as the user does not receive the “Order Confirmation” and the “Confirmation of Shipment” by emails, once the process of purchase would has been completed.

Shipping expenses

The shipping expenses related to orders located into the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands are free.

For information about the shipping expenses related to orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and foreign countries, community or non-EU, it is necessary to contact CRAILE directly in the email contacto@craile.com. In any case, the expenses derived from customs, tariffs and / or other analogous taxes shall be assumed by the user.

Delivery

The specific term of delivery of “non-personalized products” is three business days since the user receives the “Confirmation of Shipment”.

The specific term of delivery of “personalized products” is, approximately, ten business days since the user receives the “Order Confirmation”.

There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
